Nestled in the stunning Wasatch mountain range, Alpine Recovery offers residential rehabilitation for substance use disorders and concurrent conditions. The program takes place in a picturesque mountain lodge that boasts breathtaking scenery. Accommodating up to 16 clients at once, Alpine Recovery facilitates small, focused group therapy sessions. The facility is furnished with modern amenities and includes shared living spaces. Meals are crafted by a gourmet chef who tailors the menu to meet the specific dietary and nutritional requirements of each client. Personal electronic devices like laptops and smartphones are not allowed. Participants begin with a 30-day treatment plan, which can be extended according to individual needs. Mornings typically start with a workout at a local gym, followed by one-on-one therapy that incorporates cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness practices. Throughout their stay, clients participate in group therapy three times daily and receive individual therapy at least weekly. For those interested, faith-based counseling aligned with latter day saints (LDS) principles is available. Clients also take part in experiential therapies through outdoor activities and yoga sessions. Family involvement is highly encouraged, with family counseling and weekly support groups offered to support the recovery journey. For ongoing care post-treatment, the support team assists clients in finding outpatient programs and therapists in their local area. Since its establishment in 2012, the Alpine Recovery Lodge has been dedicated to providing comprehensive addiction treatment.
