Bellewood & Brooklawn's Bellewood Campus provides specialized therapeutic services for children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 who have faced trauma, emotional difficulties, or challenging home environments. This center caters to young individuals referred by the state of Kentucky and offers both short-term and long-term assistance through its Private Child Care (PCC) and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) programs. Every child receiving care is given tailored mental health support, which encompasses individual and group therapy, family involvement, and assistance with various issues including aggression, impulse control, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, among others. The center implements a recognized Psycho-Educational Model designed to equip youth with skills to manage behaviors, enhance self-esteem, and prepare for reintegration into their homes or the broader community. Children reside in family-oriented cottages nestled within a serene, wooded environment. Their daily routine includes therapy sessions, academic classes at the associated Jefferson County public school, family gatherings, and skill development activities. The dedicated staff offer continuous support, ensuring each child feels secure, valued, and primed for personal growth.
The rehabilitation center focuses on addressing mental health disorders alongside simultaneous substance use challenges. Patients benefit from tailored, team-based care that targets both aspects for comprehensive recovery.
The admissions team at our center will collaborate with you to identify the most suitable payment methods tailored to your requirements, guaranteeing you receive the highest standard of care.
