Situated on the reservation lands of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Chi Hullo Li is a residential rehabilitation center dedicated to supporting Native American women and their families. The facility allows women to reside there with or without their children while they engage in a comprehensive long-term program that emphasizes the importance of cultural and spiritual identity, along with physical and emotional well-being, education, and positive parenting practices. To qualify for the program, applicants must be women aged 18 or older, possess a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB), reside within the Choctaw service area if not affiliated with the Choctaw tribe, and show evidence of physical or mental health issues associated with substance use disorders. All prospective participants are required to undergo a phone screening and submit an admissions application, with court-related cases and referrals being evaluated individually.
The focus of this center is on addressing substance use disorders, guiding individuals towards stabilization, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and establishing connections to empathetic support networks.
At Chi Hullo Li Women’s Recovery Center, we are committed to making our residential treatment program accessible to those in need. Our facility welcomes Native American women aged 18 and older who possess a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) and either reside within the Choctaw service area or are Choctaw tribal members. To facilitate participation in our program, we accept various forms of payment, including private insurance, Medicaid, and other state-funded programs. For clients without insurance, our team is dedicated to providing guidance and support in exploring available resources and potential financial assistance options. We encourage women interested in our program to reach out for a phone screening and to complete the admissions application to further discuss eligibility and payment opportunities. Our admissions team is here to provide the necessary information to ensure that financial concerns do not impede access to vital health and recovery services. Please remember that each case is evaluated individually, particularly in instances involving court-related referrals. We are here to support you on your path to recovery.
