Clinica Family Health & Wellness - Boulder Strong Community Center – Addiction Rehab in Boulder, Colorado

Clinica Family Health & Wellness is the result of the union between Clinica Family Health and Mental Health Partners, offering a comprehensive range of physical, mental, and dental health services for individuals across all age demographics. This includes specialized programs for seniors aged 65 and up, as well as young adults ranging from 15 to 29 years old. In 2021, the Boulder Strong Resource Center was established following the tragic Tabel Mesa King Soopers incident, providing targeted support for first responders and community members impacted by this event. The center's offerings focus on various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. Their community-oriented model promotes accessibility and cultural sensitivity in care, irrespective of a person's financial situation or immigration status. Utilizing evidence-based practices, Clinica offers therapies like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed therapy, medication management, and peer support mechanisms. Therapy can be received through both individual and group settings, along with psychiatric consultations and wellness initiatives. For those in crisis, Clinica operates a round-the-clock walk-in center that provides urgent assistance, including support for individuals facing suicidal thoughts or self-harm. The Boulder Strong Resource Center is conveniently located near the Baseline Road & 30th Street bus stop. In-person services are available on Tuesdays to Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additionally, virtual treatment is offered from Mondays to Thursdays during the same hours as in-person services and on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
