Situated just six miles to the south of Pittsburgh's city center, Crossroads Treatment Center Carrick provides outpatient services for opioid addiction to individuals throughout Allegheny County. The center accepts various forms of insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, and many private plans. Public transportation via bus lines 51 and 51L stops right outside the facility, and there is parking available on site. The treatment process starts with a comprehensive clinical evaluation to determine the most effective treatment plan. At Crossroads Carrick, clients receive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options such as Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol (injected forms), in addition to Buprenorphine (oral prescription). Clients engage in coordinated care designed to address their medical and social support needs, with services offered both in-person and virtually. The center also provides treatment for Hepatitis C.
The primary focus of this center is to address substance use disorders. It aims to assist individuals in achieving stability, developing strategies to prevent relapse, and accessing caring support networks.
We accept a variety of insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, VA CCN, and many private insurances. Our team is available around the clock to confirm benefits and assist patients in enrolling in insurance at our Patient Access Center, which operates every day of the year. Additionally, we provide self-pay alternatives and may have grant funding options accessible for patients.
