Cumberland Heights Cool Springs – Addiction Rehab in Brentwood, Tennessee

Cumberland Heights provides an outpatient treatment program centered around the 12-step model for adults grappling with alcohol and substance use issues. With 15 outpatient centers throughout Tennessee, it also offers two immersive 12-step retreats and a residential option.
