Hillside is a non-profit residential treatment center dedicated to supporting children and adolescents aged 11 to 17 who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. The center provides a range of services such as residential treatment, day programs, and outpatient care. Hillside's goal is to meet young individuals where they are, whether that be at home, school, or within the community. The compassionate staff is specially trained in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and the treatment approach incorporates evidence-based techniques along with holistic care. Residents participate in activities like horticulture, recreation, and art therapy, while family engagement is also prioritized to foster a supportive environment and enhance family relationships. Located on a scenic 13-acre wooded site, Hillside offers dorm-style accommodations for residents, who can share nutritious meals with their peers. The facility features an on-site educational institution, gardens, a greenhouse, a medical clinic, and a spacious dining area. A variety of recreational options are available, both indoors and outdoors. Residents have access to a basketball court and a swimming pool. Hillside stands out as a comprehensive care option, backed by a dedicated team of professionals.
