Situated in the northeast region of Cincinnati, just off I-75, KAV Health Cincinnati East, also referred to as the Cincinnati Suboxone Clinic, caters to adults in the southwestern part of Ohio struggling with mental health issues, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. They address a variety of mental health challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, mania, hypomania, PTSD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, trauma, insomnia, and various mood disorders. Their substance use treatment focuses on dependencies related to alcohol, heroin, prescription opioids, morphine, codeine, and other opiates, while their eating disorder interventions cover conditions such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating, ruminating, and restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). KAV Health provides immediate consultations and develops customized treatment plans for both in-person and virtual sessions, considering any co-existing conditions. Their team is skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), with a focus on progressing therapy according to the client’s pace. KAV Health also incorporates medication-assisted treatment (MAT) within their services, offering medications to address both mental health disorders and substance use challenges. Suboxone, containing buprenorphine and naloxone, is primarily used to alleviate cravings associated with opioids, alcohol, and other substances. The center utilizes medical marijuana in treating PTSD and various mental health issues, providing THC in accordance with Ohio regulations. Operating from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., KAV Health also features some evening and weekend availability through certain virtual counselors. In addition to the Cincinnati East location, KAV Health has three other clinics throughout southwest Ohio that focus on mental health, substance use, and eating disorders, along with a clinic in Cincinnati West dedicated to substance use treatment. Their network of primary health clinics can address further health needs as well. For those recovering from substance use, KAV Health offers a sober living program through seven centers known collectively as Izzy's House, which collaborate with their clinics and provide Suboxone as part of ongoing treatment.
The rehabilitation center specializes in addressing issues related to substance abuse and mental health. Here, you will benefit from personalized treatment tailored to your specific needs and diagnosis, acquire essential skills for your recovery journey, and build supportive relationships in a healing atmosphere.
