New Vision Recovery is a transitional living facility situated in the charming city of Nashville, Tennessee. It provides a secure and welcoming environment for both men and women, allowing them to concentrate entirely on their journey towards recovery from substance abuse. The program includes a variety of weekly activities, such as morning meditation sessions five days a week, community gatherings, 12-Step meetings, and a Recovery Dynamics discussion group. These gatherings foster a sense of belonging, which is vital during the initial phases of recovery. Participants start at Level 3, the most structured and dynamic support tier, intended for those emerging from inpatient treatment or those with limited recovery experience. At this stage, the support of staff and the community is essential as individuals adjust to sober living in everyday situations. This level features weekly recovery coaching and life skills training, with collaborative efforts involving staff, therapists, and family members. Residents are encouraged to participate in 90 recovery meetings within the first 90 days, often referred to as “90 in 90.” After completing the initial 90 days, residents may apply to advance to Level 2, which offers increased freedom and the ability to seek support as needed.
