Northwest Passage's Prairieview campus, nestled in the picturesque lakes and woods of Northwest Wisconsin, serves as a dedicated residential treatment center tailored for adolescent females and gender-diverse youth between the ages of 12 and 17. This expansive 25-acre facility, located in Frederic, Wisconsin, is equipped with a comprehensive cafeteria, dedicated treatment professionals, educational classrooms, and relaxing lounge spaces. A wellness center on-site includes a gym, fitness area, additional classrooms, and an outdoor educational setting. The grounds offer various opportunities for hands-on learning, such as gardens, a greenhouse, a hammock village, walking trails, an orchard, a playground, and a communal fire pit. The program emphasizes resilience by fostering a therapeutic lifestyle anchored in their foundational principle, The PassageWay. This methodology supports young individuals in improving their emotional regulation, developing effective coping strategies, nurturing healthy relationships, and building community ties. Offered services encompass experiential learning, progressive mental health strategies, and the cultivation of safe interpersonal relationships.
