Notre Abri – Addiction Treatment & Recovery

Norte Abri is an innovative 28-day treatment program focused specifically on overcoming psychotropic drug addiction. This facility supports clients in achieving sobriety through a blend of the Minnesota Model, customized counseling, and engaging in outdoor activities. The program is tailored to each individual, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), recreational therapy, nutritional guidance, adventure therapy, and group sessions. Central to the experience is the opportunity for clients to travel to different locations, connecting with peers who demonstrate that lasting and joyful sobriety is achievable. With a capacity of only three clients at a time, Norte Abri provides a truly personalized experience. Throughout the 28 days, clients will stay in various settings across Switzerland and France. Le Chatel Notre Abri, situated in Montreux, Switzerland at an altitude of 1212m, features an inviting and cozy chalet built in 1935. Each guest enjoys a private room with stunning views of the Alps and Lake Geneva. The Villa Les Embruns, located along the French Riviera, offers a private seaside residence with luxurious amenities, breathtaking views, refreshing sea breezes, and a swimming pool. Additionally, clients will have the chance to spend a week sailing on a 14-meter sailboat, with private cabins and shared bathrooms, exploring the enchanting islands of the French Riviera. Adventure is a key element of the Norte Abri experience, with nature-based activities playing a vital role in the program. Depending on the season, clients may participate in diverse activities such as rock climbing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, cooking, gardening, beekeeping, and animal-assisted therapy.
