OnTrack Dads Program – Addiction Rehab in Medford, Oregon

OnTrack Rogue Valley's Dad's Program is a residential treatment initiative focused on strengths, providing round-the-clock support for fathers facing challenges with substance use. This program enables dads to reside with their children aged five and younger while they develop essential life and parenting abilities. Participants engage in evidence-based therapeutic groups and wellness activities, along with coordinated care that includes support from MAT clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to enhance their recovery process. Each morning kicks off with a nutritious breakfast, and residents share daily chores on a rotating basis. Community meetings occur regularly to collectively strategize and support each individual's path. One-on-one sessions are held with care teams to acknowledge achievements, troubleshoot challenges, and prepare for the transition to independent living. The Dad's Program holds a license from the Oregon Health Authority and is accredited by CARF.
