The therapeutic approach emphasizes solution-focused, evidence-supported techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Clients learn to identify their triggers and strategies to avoid relapse, with a typical stay lasting around 4 weeks. The facility is located on National Trust Farmland and has the capacity to host up to 16 clients. Set in a tranquil and expansive three-acre landscape, Parkland Place offers private bedrooms with en-suite facilities that provide views of the rolling hills. There are three types of accommodations: deluxe, superior, and standard, each featuring perks like complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee-making provisions, and additional seating options. All bedrooms are fully furnished and include an LED TV. Within the estate, spacious communal areas are available, two of which serve as group meeting spaces. The meals at Parkland Place are crafted by two on-site chefs who utilize fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients, ensuring that they can meet various dietary needs and restrictions.
