Situated in the DMV region, this rehabilitation facility provides two tiers of support: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). They also offer a virtual IOP for clients in North Carolina during evening hours from 4 to 7 PM. The PHP is designed as a preventative measure to avoid hospitalization or to facilitate a gradual transition from inpatient or residential care. Participants receive intensive support, engaging in treatment for six hours a day, five days a week. The IOP is tailored for individuals experiencing heightened symptoms who are not making progress in their ongoing therapy or outpatient services, with sessions lasting three hours per day, three to five times a week. The expert clinical team focuses on a range of issues, including anxiety, bipolar disorders, depression, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring neurodivergent conditions. They implement a mix of evidence-based and alternative therapies to promote holistic healing, incorporating techniques such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, yoga, nutritional counseling, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
At the rehabilitation center, you are offered individualized support for mental health issues. The staff implements therapeutic approaches and customize treatment plans based on your specific needs, diagnoses, and personal preferences.
