Situated in a northern area of Detroit, this rehabilitation facility provides two tiers of care: partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). The PHP serves as both a preventive measure against hospitalization and a transitional approach for those moving down from inpatient care or residential treatment. Clients enrolled in this program benefit from extensive support, with treatment sessions lasting 6 hours a day, five days a week. The IOP caters to clients whose symptoms are worsening and who are not making adequate progress in their current therapy or outpatient care. This program offers treatment for 3 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week. A dedicated team of professionals focuses on a range of issues, including anxiety, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and co-occurring neurodivergent conditions. They employ a mix of evidence-based therapies along with alternative approaches to address the individual as a whole. Common therapeutic modalities include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapies, mindfulness practices, yoga, nutritional counseling, and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
At this center, you will receive individualized support for your mental health challenges. They offer counseling and customize treatments based on your specific requirements, diagnoses, and personal choices.
The Odyssey Outpatient Network center collaborates with BlueCross BlueShield, MultiPlan, Quest Behavioral Health, and Priority Health as part of its insurance partnerships.
