Situated on West 3rd Avenue close to Highway 169, Range Mental Health Center (RMHC) operates within the Governor Rudy Perpich Building and provides outpatient services for mental health and substance use to children, adolescents, and adults. The center aims to assist individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and significant mental health challenges. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), RMHC ensures that care is accessible to everyone, regardless of their insurance status, income, or financial capabilities, fostering hope and support for all. The center adopts a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, and medication management. Clients benefit from peer support, psychiatric services, and comprehensive case management. A skilled team of licensed therapists, nurse practitioners, and peer specialists collaborates with each person to establish goals, develop new skills, and maintain connections to care through individual, group, and community support. Participants can also access housing support, targeted case management, mobile crisis intervention, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). Additionally, the center features a 27-unit housing facility designed to offer stability to individuals facing chronic homelessness. RMHC provides LGBTQIA+ groups, specialized programs for youth and veterans, and implements a sliding fee scale for those experiencing financial hardship. From therapeutic services to essential needs, RMHC supports individuals in the journey to rebuild their lives with dignity and optimism.
The rehabilitation center focuses on addressing issues related to substance abuse and mental health challenges. You will benefit from personalized treatment tailored to your specific needs and diagnosis, acquire effective recovery skills, and forge new relationships in a supportive atmosphere.
