Sobrius is a therapeutic rehabilitation facility situated in the serene rural area of Galax, Virginia. This center adopts a distinctive cohort care model, accommodating between 10 to 16 residents within gender-specific lodgings. Such an approach allows individuals to participate in the 30-day residential treatment program as part of a cohesive group. Participants start and finish their treatment journey with the same peers, fostering meaningful connections that support their recovery. The cohort shares daily activities, including meals, workshops, and meditation sessions, promoting genuine companionship and the formation of lasting friendships.
