White Deer Run Lehigh specializes in the treatment of addiction and concurrent mental health disorders through a combination of detoxification, residential care, and outpatient programs. Clients can smoothly move between different levels of care and reintegrate into independent living. The center offers a range of group therapies, family therapy, and personalized one-on-one counseling sessions twice a week to assist clients in developing coping mechanisms and exploring the underlying issues contributing to their addiction. At the outset of their journey, clients undergo a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to decide whether medication management or medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is appropriate for their recovery. The detoxification process is managed by a dedicated team, including psychiatrists, nurses, master's level therapists, counselors, and social workers, who work together to tailor treatment according to each client's distinctive needs. The center also focuses on addressing co-occurring conditions such as depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. White Deer Run Lehigh employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic methods to tackle addiction and associated mental health challenges. These methods encompass cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and trauma-informed care. The center integrates the 12-Step philosophy and provides peer recovery meetings, along with group therapies like process groups, relapse prevention sessions, community meetings, and transition support groups. Family involvement is encouraged with weekly therapy sessions. The center offers several outpatient options, which include day treatment (or partial hospitalization), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and general outpatient care. The day treatment program consists of providing six hours of care each day for four days a week. Clients also benefit from twice-weekly one-on-one counseling and can schedule meetings with a psychiatrist as needed. During IOP, clients participate in treatment three days a week for three hours each day, with both evening and daytime options available for flexibility. In the general outpatient program, clients attend therapy sessions once or twice weekly. Additionally, White Deer Run Lehigh is affiliated with the VA Community Care Network.
The rehabilitation center specializes in addressing substance use disorders along with concurrent mental health issues. Your individualized treatment approach targets both conditions simultaneously, ensuring compassionate support for holistic recovery.
