YSS of Boone County is a dedicated facility aimed at assisting young people and their families in Boone County, Iowa. The center provides a variety of behavioral health services, including mental health therapy, substance use treatment, psychiatric evaluations and medication management, behavioral health interventions, integrated health solutions, as well as an access and visitation program.
